Cancellation & Refund Policy

XCELURCAREER (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to providing a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy for our courses and services. Please review the following terms carefully:

1. Cancellation by Participant

If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a live instructor-led course, you must notify us in writing via email at least 2 days before the course start date. A cancellation fee may apply, and the amount refunded will depend on the timing of your cancellation and any applicable fees outlined below.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued according to the following schedule:

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the course start date: 100% refund of the course fee.
  • Cancellations made between 3-6 days before the course start date: 80% refund of the course fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 2 days before the course start date: No refund will be provided.

3. Course Cancellation by XCELURCAREER

If we cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment, either enrollment will be transferred to the next batch or a full refund will be issued.

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the course enrollment.

5. Self-paced Training
For all self-paced training courses, once the course has been assigned to the participant, refunds will not be provided. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and accountability, as the course materials are made available immediately upon assignment, and the participant gains access to the training content. Therefore, it is important for participants to carefully consider their commitment to the course before it is assigned to them.

6. Non-Attendance

No refund will be provided for participants who fail to attend a course without prior notice.

7. Transfer of Enrollment

Participants may request to transfer their enrollment to a future course date, subject to availability and approval by XCELURCAREER. Additional fees may apply for course transfers.
